Over 6 weeks, we will explore anxiety, its symptoms and cognitive tools to cope. It will be a journey to understanding your mental health on a deeper level. Each week we will cover different topics and learn strategies to create more emotional freedom and break unhealthy cycles. This group will be a safe space to nurture your mental health. 


Week 1: 30 min intro, course overview, q&a session. 
Week 2: 45 min dive into understanding your mental health and identifying anxious feelings and thoughts 
Week 3: 45 min deep dive into mental health strategies and ways to manage stress, healthy living, and your mental health 
Week 4: 45 min deep dive into starting your wellness journey and understanding self-care 
Week 5: 45 min setting healthy boundaries in relationships with others
Week 6: 45 min deep dive into finding balance in life (school, future career, relationships)

  • Additional work to unpack and explore current emotions. Emails will be sent out weekly electronically.
